My 11yo readaholic just marched into my room, pushed this book against my chest, and informed me that it was completely amazing. I haven’t read it yet (mostly because I bought it for him and feigned interest in order to get him to read it). He’s begging me to allow him to give me a spoiler, and telling me that the boss battle at the end was super intense. I guess with a recommendation like that I better give it a read, and you probably should too.

Pros: Ms. Price has hit "right on" about youth issues. who among us had ever felt like an outsider, been made fun of or been rejected as a teen? She successfully incorporates these issues in her novel. Cons: you won't want to stop reading and will be waiting impatiently for her next novel.
